壓力大的徵兆

好多時我地都無留意原來自己已經承受緊好大壓力,留意下自己有無出現以下情況:

  • 緊張性頭痛 / 偏頭痛
  • 頸部僵硬
  • 胃痛
  • 腹瀉
  • 背痛
  • 失眠 / 睡眠質素欠佳
  • 疲倦 / 筋疲力竭
  • 翻胃 / 嘔吐
  • 消化不良
  • 皮膚出現斑點 / 皮膚疹

如果你覺得好多時都係咁,就要正視壓力嘅問題啦。
